Battery Powered Hot Air Tools are compact, lightweight and ideal for warming, welding plastics, processing shrink sleeves and solder sleeves. The battery powered heat guns provide reliable power output for normal and emergency workloads without the bulky power cords and generators. The rechargeable battery powered hot air tools utilize a quick connect plug and a completely enclosed power pack system that does not require removal and replacement of batteries when charging. Fully charged batteries provide 40-60 minutes of continuous use at 950-1200° Fahrenheit air temperature. The batteries recharge in two hours and the easy to read volt meter displays the battery power level. The power supply utilizes maintenance free dry cell technology. Battery charge cycle is 300-350 times. The power pack can be left connected to the state of the art charging system for any length of time without degrading the battery cells. The battery powered heat gun kit is supplied in a industrial storage case to protect the unit during transport and on the job site.
