LEISTER Authorized Repair Service

STAR Process Heat Systems is an authorized LEISTER distributor and service center for the entire line of LEISTER products. Factory trained technicians perform no charge tool inspections and repair service within twenty-four hours of tool receipt.

LEISTER insists that all warranty and repairs be performed by an authorized service center, otherwise the warranty is void. Warranty is twelve months on all equipment, heating elements are excluded from the warranty.

New Jersey clients may contact STAR for tool pick up service. On site repair service is also available. All tools returned to STAR for repair service must include your contact information. Please do not include nozzles with the tool repair. Our service technicians will contact you with an estimate before repairs are performed.
